

My Approach
I say no A LOT. To diet culture, weighing yourself, and the guilt of eating a cookie. Life is hard enough. That's why my approach to health is fun, gentle and supportive.
I give you quick and fun workouts, practical tools and techniques that fit into your schedule, AND I can help you with your mental game. There's a reason you aren't hitting the gym, eating healthy foods, even though you "should," or taking time for yourself. And it has nothing to do with time or willpower!
When you work with me, you can eat cookies, just not like Cookie Monster.

What to Expect
In our coaching sessions, I help you take back control of your life by setting clear health goals and providing you with a personalized health plan that works for you. I know that KETO might have worked for your neighbour, Kelly, but health isn't one-size-fits-all. So let's find something that fits your needs! I am also there to celebrate ALL of your wins and talk through your challenges.
In our fitness training. whether you're working out with me or purchased an @home workout plan, they are all based on HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) to get you in and out of your workout gear as quickly as possible. I also focus on RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) which means it's all about listening to your body to see how hard you are working. Recovery and rest days are also included to give you and your muscles a break.
Now here's what I expect from you.
Try your best! I can give you all the tools in the world, but if you don't at least try them, you're wasting your money and time - sorry!
Be open. If you're not ready to try new things, or be honest with yourself, then you're not ready to work with me. But don't worry, when you are, I'll be here!
LOVE yourself. Go easy on yourself. Shower yourself with compassion and kindness. It will make this process so much easier.
